I am so sorry you have had a bad experience. It is not normal for men to behave like that there they are normally very well mannered. This even goes when I have been intimate situations with several men at the same time. If you had let a member of staff know I am sure they would have sorted it out for you. When I first started going there I was a bit overwhelmed two of the customers took me away from the rather large group and let me choose who I wanted in the other room then go asking someone to lock the door behind them. They, she, is absolutely right but they left suddenly and we didn't know. If people notify us about any incident we can do something but if they don't we can't. We can understand they left suddenly so zero blame on them (!) but the fact remains we can't do anything if we don't know.

This all happened in under 5 minutes. There was 4 men standing in a dark corridor 1 of which grabbed her as she walked past, which made her scared and wanted to leave. If it was me I would speak to every single male in your club and tell them that it is a big NO and made the guy own up. I suppose the rules a different in the UK but anyways whats done is done !
No, these rules are common sense but if she was scared you should have told us there and then. THAT is the guy!

Ok, fine, what's done is done but you don't mind posting elsewhere about the incident and because of one bloke who touched her and you who didn't tell us El Sofa is now a shithole.
London is a shithole too, our breakfast was disgusting and everything smelled like dead pigs. So, everybody should now avoid going to London!
In any case, many clubs have a sort of regular clientele but everybody here is on holiday. Well, nearly everybody. We don't know most people and talking to 'every single male' makes no sense. Many wouldn't touch anybody anyway and those who do would shrug their shoulders and probably go home tomorrow.
The only thing we can do is kick them/him out but we can only do so if we know WHO.
I hope this does not put you off coming back. It is a very sexy experience for a woman. Try again and I am sure she will enjoy it the staff have always been very good with me even sending nice young men to see me when I have been in. please try again and see.
